My home is in 3 min walking distance from the commuter train station Farsta strand and in 7-9 min from the Metro Farsta strand. You reach Stockholm City in 15-20 min, Arlanda C in 60 min, KI in Huddinge or Solna and KTH or Stockholm University in 35-45 min. You find 4 groceries in 5-15 min walk, 2 nice lakes and public beaches in 15 -20 min walk and beautiful forests just outside.

We wait for answers to 4 questions: A) at what time do you usually get up and go to bed on working days and on Sat, Sun, B) what kind of food do you like to cook and how often, C) what do you like to do in your spare time, and D) what does a clean kitchen and a bathroom mean to you.

Me and my tenants are hard working professionals and prefer to share the place with a person who likes quietness, cleanness, healthy food and sometimes to have a good laughter together. We are using my home mostly for feeling good and for resting (going to bed about 23.00 and up at 7.00-7.30, later in weekends).
Our place is NOT FOR smokers, very intensive smells due to allegies, cooking after 23.00, parties or visitors with overnight.
