The ad refers to 1 room in a villa of approx. 13 sqm on the upper floor. The villa is located in Örby, Älvsjö in Stockholm. 10 minutes walking distance to Älvsjö C and from there it takes 10 minutes to Stockholm C. Cohabitation in a villa where up to 5 people share the accommodation's common spaces.

The house is 1.5 levels with a basement. There is a toilet with a shower on each floor. A shared kitchen and dining room on the upper floor. There is a common living room with a fireplace on the upper level. There are three bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms on the lower level. There is a common balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture and garden.

We prefer that the room is rented out for 1 semester or shorter than 9 months.

Extra expenses that are not included in the rent are 20% of the electricity bill, 20% of the cost of internet and 20% of water and the garbage collection fee. Cleaning of the common areas is part of the contract and must be done weekly according to the agreed schedule. Communication takes place via (hidden).
