This rental is only for students:
A nice bedroom 12 sqm in a duplex apartment. Linen, towels and cleaning are included. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. An additional wardrobe in the hall.

You and a female student will share the ground floor of the apartment with a common space with a sofa, a balcony of your own and a toilet with a shower. Cleaning of the room and common spaces every second week included. The kitchen is on the lower floor. My room is on the upper floor with a toilet, a shower and a rooftop terrace. You have access to the terrace. There is a common laundry in the house with washing machines, a drying cabinet and a tumbler drier.

The room is located in an area called Stampen in central Gothenburg, a 14-minute walk to the Central Station or a 4-min bus or tram ride from the nearby bus stop. 15 minutes with a tram to The School of Business, Economics and Law. 10 minutes to the Chalmers University of Technology and 15 minutes to Lindholmen. There are several restaurants and pubs in the area.

Home insurance will be included if you get a Swedish social security number at Skattemyndigheten otherwise, you have to have your own insurance.

The rent is paid one (1) month in advance via the payment system of HousingAnywhere. The deposit will be returned when moving out via your local bank as it's not possible with a payout via HousingAnywhere. It's very important with a clean and calm environment with no parties with friends but you can invite them for dinner or only socialising.

NOTICE!
I might charge extra during the winter depending on the economic situation in Europe due to sanctions on Russia. Heating and electricity are included in rent as an estimated cost based on last year's costs.
